Installation of 400A DC Power Plants – On this project we installed DC Power Plants and rectifier shelves at (3) separate remote locations for this customer. Work included: the placement and anchoring of the new plant, while also supporting the existing loads with a temporary power plant; running conduit; grounding and installing new ladder rack; supplying both AC and DC circuits; terminating conductors into the new power plant and then running new loads to customer provided fuse panels and servers; installing multiple -48VDC battery strings in parallel; and then performing plant start-up.
